Edu-Link's mission to Educate the Student, Enlighten the Soul, and Empower the Global Citizen springs from the lived experience of the company's founder and is grounded in its humble beginnings nearly a quarter century ago.
Educate the Student
We believe that today's students are tomorrow's leaders of their family, local community, nation, and our world. We believe that by educating these young citizens, we place a small cornerstone in the edifice of a better humanity and global community
Enlighten the Soul
Understanding "soul" to mean "potential" and self-confidence," we believe that education can help actualize our students' potential and empower their self -confidence, thus transforming them into emboldened, "can-do" people. We believe that by experiencing an American education and learning with American friends, our students will gain the self-confidence needed to realize that they have the same potential to be a cornerstone for their family and community , nation and world.
Empower the Global Citizen
History has shown that humanity prospers when communities, both local and global, learn to trust and work with one another, especially in the fields of economics, technology, politics, and culture. This is especially true in the 21st century in which we are all interconnected. As such, we strive to use education to empower our students to become Global Citizens.
To help us achieve our mission, we set Professionalism,Client-Oriented Service and Team Spirit as our core values. These core values are the tools and guiding principles that we use to help Educate the Student, Enlighten the Soul, and Educate the Global Citizen.
To educate our students, enlighten their souls, and empower them to be global citizens, we first need to be professional. Such professionalism includes, but is not limited to, ongoing professional learning as detailed in our Professional Development Plan, conducting ourselves in a "professional" manner in multiple cultures, being fully equipped with up-to-date knowledge and information, appropriate utilization of technology, etc. The increasingly competitive marketplace demands that we strive for professionalism at every juncture.
We do not just meet our client's high expectations, we exceed them. Our first step in delivering the best possible service to our client is listening to their needs and their expectations. Then our entire team tailors a specific plan to satisfy each client's varying expectations. Our team is in constant contact with not only the client, but also with one another. Our home office makes sure that the field staff is up-to-date and ready to provide the guidance, support, training, and assistance as needed.
As our operational network spans across multiple countries, cultures, time zones and languages, team spirit is extremely important. We believe that this team spirit helps our team, which is often far off in the field, better understand and execute our mission. Furthermore, a team can maximize our ability to serve our students. To this end, Edu-Link encourages every employee to take ownership of and responsibility for their work as a team working towards one unified goal.
