Edu-Link Consulting Corp., founded in 1992, first opened its doors as a learning center for international students in New Jersey, U.S.A. Based on its reputation, earned through its dedication to the education industry, Edu-Link was appointed as a member of the SSAT Board. As a result, prestigious private schools in the U.S. quickly sought out Edu-Link as a consultant to recruit international students in an effort to add diversity to their school population. Today, Edu-Link represents approximately 20 private middle and high schools throughout the United States. One reason Edu-Link has been so successful during its 25 years of service in the education industry is that Edu-Link comprehensively understands and satisfies both the student’s and the school’s needs. Another reason for Edu-Link’s success is the proximity of its member schools to the best American universities, which gives our international students additional advantages. The company has grown and expanded to meet the ever-changing demands and challenges in the marketplace. Edu-Link has offices in the U.S., China, and Vietnam and has 18 professionally trained consultants. We offer a number of different programs including recruitment for private day schools with American Homestay program, management of International Day School and Homestay programs, and admission consulting services for top American college/university and prestigious boarding school placement. Our goal is to increase enrollment of international students in each of the private day schools and to continue to expand the number of member schools in the northeast as well as other regions of the US. To achieve this goal, we have contracted additional international agents in China and other Asian countries and increased our attendance to a number of international fairs for recruitment purposes. Edu-Link is currently developing new business criteria to improve quality and ensure future growth.
To meet growing demand, Edu-Link has broadened the scope and depth of its recruitment and consulting services for its day school, boarding school, and college/university admission programs. Edu-Link has committed to a long-term vision of success for its clients by increasing staffing, training, and marketing. In order to communicate directly with partner schools, Edu-Link has implemented short-term cultural exchange programs, community service programs, teacher internships, and visits with school principals. Furthermore, Edu-Link has negotiated contracts with several international schools in China and Cambodia and has initiated short-term programs to increase the awareness of the benefits that Edu-Link provides. Edu-Link’s ability to deliver the highest quality of services is the reason that Edu-Link is the first Learning Service Provider accredited by the Middle State Association, one of America’s oldest and most respected organizations that ensure each of its members meet the highest educational standards.
